The Riverton Bar & Grill (aka The Rivo) opened it’s doors in 2018. The venue styles its food on classic pub meals, and couples it with the classic bar experiences. Namely, live music, karaoke nights and a dedicated sports bar. As you can imagine, this venue has been moving from strength to strength since its inception.

We were enlisted by Nat and Mat Graham-Helwig to assist their project from a fairly early stage. Canford were involved in the feasibility study, the design and layout, and lastly their liquor licence.

it didn’t take long for the Rivo to consistently turnover the figures Canford predicted in the feasibility study we conducted – evidencing that our research and decisions can be relied upon for investment decisions.

The same operator has now opened BBoy Burger and Beer on South Street in O’Connor, and is looking at a further site in the suburbs.

We are thankful for the opportunity to work on The Rivo, and it’s great to see the work we’ve done with them to build the project from the ground up has turned into sustained financial success.
