Martini & Co - Rockingham
Martini + Co. has recently opened down in Rockingham, offering a unique bottomless brunch amongst the usual lunch and dinner service. This Victorian favourite kitchen and espresso bar has expanded to Western Australia, landing new roots in Rockingham Centre’s Syren Street Precinct. The Rockingham venue marks Martini + Co’s fifth location nationally, and first interstate venue.
Martini + Co reached out to Canford back in March 2023 to assist in finding a suitable location for Western Australia’s first Martini + Co. location. Once a location was found Canford was contracted to assist in the applications for planning approval, health approval and food business registration as well as applying for a suitable liquor licence.
Canford worked with Amit and his team, putting together a well rounded public interest assessment and objective evidence strategy. This eventually lead to the approval of a tavern restricted licence.
Open from breakfast through to dinner, seven days a week, this modern Australian venue is serving up dishes from dawn to dusk. The franchise is known for its ever-expanding cocktail list and its ability to find the balance between sophistication and fun.
