Grill'd Harrisdale
Grill’d has been becoming more and more popular with new venues opening up all over Australia since 2004. Recently, Canford was brought in to assist in acquiring a liquor licence for Grill’d, in The Village; a new shopping centre located in Harrisdale.
Grill’d is an Australian-first burger franchise that aims to be more than just another fast food place; they aim to be the solution to fast food. They provide guilt-free, healthy burgers with 100% natural flavours and ingredients.
A Restaurant Licence with an extended trading permit was acquired for Grill’d Harrisdale, allowing the venue to serve liquor without a meal. No change of use was required allowing the process to be a simple section 40 certificate application. This was due to the land use of the restaurant already being approved by the local council.
Canford has worked with Grill’d numerous times in the past, assisting with liquor licence applications four times this year alone. Other venues have popped up in Currambine, Baldivis, and Innaloo, bringing the number of licensed Grill’d restaurants in WA to 27.
