Cellarbrations Warwick
Cellarbrations is opening their newest location at the Warwick Grove shopping centre. Assisting Mr. Nigel Harbach, Canford were on board to lodge the liquor store licence application.
Nigel reached out to Canford back in July of 2023 to assist him with this application. Being a local Warwick resident, he was keen to create a store that champions WA Liquor. This became a key focal point in creating the story for his application, as well as providing much needed context when going out to the public to gather objective witness evidence.
The store’s main focus, and point of difference, is their extensive and exclusive range of WA Craft beers, as well as wines from a large range of WA wine regions.
The process of this application was very smooth as the feedback from surveys given to the Warwick community showed that locals were in favour of the new liquor store. No objections were received, and the application could proceed to determination. With a strong Public Interest Assessment and plenty of objective evidence, the application was granted. From here, Canford assisted in obtaining relevant health applications and worked with Nigel on hitting his deadline date for opening.
The store will open his doors for trading on 1st December 2024, and we are excited to see the Warwick community support him in his endeavours.
