Brighton Bar is a contemporary neighbourhood wine bar set along the coastline of Scarborough, with uninterrupted views and front row seats to the sunset. The venue is grounded in a WA first philosophy that proudly champions local producers and growers.

Canford recently assisted the Brighton Bar team with the necessary applications to open the bar. This included acquiring a small bar licence application, development application to approve the land use, furniture and signage, Council applications to obtain footpath trading permits, food business registration and their section 39 health approval. On top of this, we assisted in co-ordinating the opening of the premises.
